We accept cash or check at the time of service.
All pricing listed in the next 3 charts are the monthly charges. The second price listed in each box is the discounted rate that applies to our senior and differently-abled customers.
Initial cleanings and one time cleanings are $1/min. so the cost solely depends on how long it takes us to clean your yard. Don't worry, we're fast:)
There is a $10 minimum charge on initial and one time cleanings.

Payment Details:
On first visit you will be charged for initial appointment. If a regular service is scheduled, the rest of the current months' visits are due at the time of the first visit unless other arrangements have been made.
Services are billed in the last week of each month for the coming month and due by the 7th of each month. All service is prepaid except initial and one time cleanings
If Payment has not been received by the 15th there will be a $10.00 late charge applied to your account balance. If no payment is made by the end of the month service will stop until the account is current or payment arrangements have been made.
